April has certainly been an eventful month for property auctions. Our Group has continued to achieve exceptional results throughout April, particularly in the residential investment sector. Our sale of the Rialto Bay development in Strand which achieved R27.72million was an “event auction” attended by media, major developers and institutions. Our Group is pleased to have facilitated the sale of this phenomenal property and we wish the proud new owners the very best in their future plans for this exciting development.

As we look forward into May we are expecting another interesting month for auction. Our Group is temporarily moving the “home” of our Monthly Multiple Commercial Auction to the world renowned One&Only Hotel. Our May Multiple Auction will feature in excess of R100million worth of property and we look forward to welcoming our colleagues, associates, bidders to this prestigious alternative location for the months of May, June and July. We have also been instructed with more than R50million worth of on-site auctions for the month of May and we invite you to peruse our website for available opportunities.
