The ClareMart Auction Group has moved its well-attended Monthly Multiple Auction, which features the Commercial and Investment, Flash Residential and Platinum Residential property portfolios, to the internationally renowned Radisson Blu Hotel on Beach Road, Waterfront.

“The Group is ever on the look-out for new trends, state-of-the-art modern facilities and of course, a setting with full comfort for our bidders” says Executive Director, Andrew Koch. After a long association with a hotel in Gardens, ClareMart felt a centrally situated location that offered a five-star backdrop and an international brand would be the way forward for 2012. “The facilities at the Radisson are of a global standard, which is to be expected with a group of that calibre” says Koch.

ClareMart has secured the use of the entire conferencing area, combining all three of the Radisson’s functions facilities to ensure a monthly auction event that is distinguished in its features, comfort and quality. The Group will be using the three areas for the auction of the property portfolios, the signing of offers and deposit payments and the sea viewing complimentary refreshment room for bidders to enjoy at their leisure. “We felt that a venue that allows for spill-over by bidders after the auctions and allows them an opportunity to enjoy the entertainment and amenities offered at this hotel, met the tone of the ClareMart auction Group’s vision and we look forward to a long relationship with the hotel” adds Koch.
